Analyst — Business Transformation

About the role

Our Business Transformation practice helps mid-market and growth-stage companies across India and SEA reset their operating model, finance function, and digital backbone. As an Analyst you will sit inside client teams running diagnostics, designing the future state, and standing up the implementation alongside CXOs and functional leads.

What you'll do

• Run client diagnostics across operations, finance, commercial, and technology functions
• Build operating models, cost-to-serve analyses, and value-creation roadmaps
• Design transformation programs and translate them into 90-day execution sprints
• Sit inside client teams during implementation and drive workstream-level outcomes
• Author board-level updates and steering committee materials

What we're looking for

• 2-5 years in management consulting, transformation, strategy, or in-house corporate strategy
• Strong analytical skills — Excel, SQL basics, and comfort with operational and financial data
• Prior client-facing experience and ability to hold your own with senior stakeholders
• Structured problem-solving, executive-level communication, and slide craft
• Engineering, business, or economics degree from a top-tier program

Nice to have

• Prior experience with PE-backed portfolio companies or value-creation plans
• Exposure to ERP, finance transformation, or digital operating model work
• Sector depth in consumer, financial services, healthcare, or industrials
