Investor Relations Manager
Role overview
Build and maintain clear, accurate communication between Nirji Ventures and the investors and ecosystem participants who follow the group. Connect group updates, reporting and relationship management so stakeholders receive consistent, well-documented information.
Responsibilities
- Prepare investor communications, updates and reporting materials with relevant teams.
- Coordinate responses to investor and stakeholder enquiries with accurate, approved information.
- Maintain organised records of relationships, meetings and agreed follow-ups.
- Support leadership in preparing for investor meetings, briefings and ecosystem events.
Capabilities and experience
- Clear written and verbal communication with careful attention to accuracy.
- Experience in investor relations, communications, finance or a related commercial field.
- Discretion, organisation and disciplined handling of confidential information.
What success looks like
- Consistent, accurate and timely communication with investors and stakeholders.
- Well-organised relationship records and dependable follow-through on commitments.
