Venture Fellow — NLabs

About the role

NLabs is the venture-build arm of Nirji Ventures — we partner with first-time and repeat founders to take ideas from zero-to-one. As a Venture Fellow you will work side-by-side with 2-4 founding teams at a time on product strategy, MVP build, GTM validation, and investor readiness. This is a flexible, part-time / contract engagement designed for operators who want to be in the room with founders without going full-time.

What you'll do

• Coach 2-4 founding teams in parallel on product, GTM, and fundraising strategy
• Run weekly working sessions on MVP scope, validation experiments, and metrics
• Help shape investor narrative, pitch deck, model, and data room
• Open relevant doors to investors, design partners, and early customers
• Contribute to NLabs IP — playbooks, frameworks, and founder resources

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of operating experience as a founder, founding team member, PM, or growth lead
• Prior 0-to-1 product, GTM, or fundraising experience at an early-stage startup
• Strong product judgment and ability to challenge founders constructively
• Comfort with ambiguity, async-first remote work, and part-time engagement model
• Existing network across early-stage VCs, angels, or operator communities is a plus

Nice to have

• Prior founder experience with a venture-backed startup
• Domain depth in AI, fintech, SaaS, consumer, or healthtech
• Active angel investing or scout track record
