Join Nirji Capital in a full-time role with active engagement in setting up, launching and managing funds that Nirji Capital will launch from time to time. Connect investment research, fund-development planning, due diligence and portfolio oversight with disciplined reporting and governance.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the setup and launch of future Nirji Capital funds, including mandate development, operating processes and launch readiness.
- Research sectors and investment opportunities, assess risks and coordinate documented due diligence within each agreed mandate.
- Develop portfolio-analysis and monitoring processes and prepare investment assessments and reporting materials.
- Coordinate fund operations, governance and reporting with relevant investment partners and professional service providers.
- Participate in fund management within the permissions and regulatory authorisations applicable to the employing entity and each fund.
Capabilities and experience
- Investment research, portfolio analysis and sound analytical judgement.
- Relevant experience in fund development, investment operations, due diligence or portfolio management.
- Understanding of fund governance, reporting, risk management and applicable compliance requirements.
- Ability to coordinate investment partners and professional service providers with clear documentation and accountable follow-through.

- Well-documented fund setup and launch plans with clear operating and governance responsibilities.
- Decision-useful investment assessments, portfolio monitoring and timely reporting.
- Fund-management processes that operate within agreed mandates and applicable regulatory permissions.
