Responsibilities
- Research semiconductor ecosystems and evaluate technical and commercial opportunities.
- Develop industry partnerships, talent and capability-development initiatives.
- Support project execution and workforce readiness.
- Apply expertise in packaging/testing, manufacturing operations, equipment, quality, supply chain, technical training or workforce development.
Capabilities and experience
- Relevant semiconductor domain knowledge and practical industry understanding.
- Experience in technical, commercial, training or workforce-development settings.

- Capability development grounded in actual industry needs.
- Well-coordinated projects with documented partnership outcomes.
