Why do you publish representative scenarios instead of named case studies?
Most of our work is governed by NDAs signed before any data exchange, and a meaningful portion of it touches sensitive cross-border financial, structuring, or M&A activity. Representative scenarios let us describe methodology, cadence, and outcomes in real depth without compromising client confidentiality. Where clients consent to disclosure, we add identified case studies in /case-studies and /portfolio.
Can Nirji deliver engagements outside the published practice areas?
Yes — selectively. Our partner network covers adjacent practice areas (cross-border tax, regulatory, technology, and operational specialisations). If your situation sits outside our published practices, we will say so on the scoping call and either bring in a partner or refer you to a firm whose practice fits the work better.

Engagements typically begin within 1–3 weeks of proposal acceptance, depending on the type of work.
