Are Nirji's solutions regulated services?

No. Nirji provides non-regulated business consulting and strategic advisory only. We do not perform statutory audit, licensed Singapore tax agent services, capital raising, placement, fund management, or any activity regulated by the MAS or equivalent authorities. Where regulated work is required (audit, statutory filings, licensed tax agent work, capital placement), we coordinate with appointed regulated firms.

How are engagements scoped and priced?

Every engagement starts with a 30-minute no-cost scoping call. We use that conversation to understand the situation, the decisions you need to make, and the constraints. Within a few business days we follow up with a written engagement proposal — scope, deliverables, team composition, fee, and timeline. Pricing depends on the service line and ranges from monthly retainers to fixed-fee project engagements.

We are headquartered in Singapore with a strong India corridor practice and operating experience across 30+ countries. Our active engagement geographies include Singapore, India, Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines), the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia), Japan, and selectively Europe and the Americas where the work touches Asia-bound capital or operations.
